The location was incredible,, and the communal kitchen concept fostered great conversations with fellow travelers. Our King Suite was spacious and clean, making it a pleasant retreat after exploring the vibrant surroundings.
Valet service was a real hassle, taking far too long during peak times. Additionally, the mostly touchless setup felt impersonal, and I found myself missing the warmth of in-person hospitality.
