My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
The location was incredible,, and the communal kitchen concept fostered great conversations with fellow travelers. Our King Suite was spacious and clean, making it a pleasant retreat after exploring the vibrant surroundings.
Valet service was a real hassle, taking far too long during peak times. Additionally, the mostly touchless setup felt impersonal, and I found myself missing the warmth of in-person hospitality.

The location was perfect for meetings downtown and then
enjoying food and drinks in the Third Ward after work. The room itself was clean and comfortable, although I wish there were more dining options in-house. Overall, it was a pleasant experience despite minor hiccups with service.

Loved the communal kitchen for cooking together. Check-in process can feel a bit impersonal since there's no staff on-site.

great amenities but room could use updates
The common kitchen and living areas were fantastic, providing a welcoming space for family gatherings. I also appreciated having a designated spot in the refrigerator for our items, which added a personal touch. The coffee selection was impressive, and I enjoyed the delicious pastries offered over the weekend.
The room felt a bit outdated compared to the modern common spaces.

I loved having a full kitchen to whip up a quick breakfast and the cozy common area made it feel like home. There were awesome lounge spaces to kick back and relax. Some tasty pastries available. The only hiccup was the valet process, which could've been smoother, but it didn’t really dampen my stay. 😊

Perfect spot for couples seeking a special experience
The communal kitchen area was impressive. I particularly loved the delightful touches like pastries in the morning and the wine waiting for us in the evenings, made the whole experience feel a bit more personal.
It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny.
